6 weeks post op
WORTH IT$15,924
I had my 6-week follow up last week and it went very well. I was cleared to go back to normal activity (yay, exercise!) and to ditch the compression garment. I no longer have to tape my incisions but am still to apply the scar gel twice a day.
I’ve been wearing my CG around the house still just because I find it keeps the swelling down when, but it’s nice to not *have* to wear it. I’ve also continued taping the ends of my stomach incisions as they’re a bit bumpy and dog-eared still. I have my next follow up appointment in November at which time Dr. Mosher said we’ll decide if any scar revision is necessary.
I’m so relieved to be able to exercise again! I’ve done spin class, some free weights, elliptical, and yoga. The only thing I don’t feel up to is ab work or push ups, otherwise I’m able to do whatever I could before, just less intensely.
One thing that I’ve done that I would *never* do before - worked out in just a sports bra in hot yoga and spin class. I also wore a crop top to the gym the other day (see pix, don’t mind the sweat...) which was a first. I wouldn’t have been caught dead showing my stomach in public before. It feels amazing to not be ashamed to be seen.

Wow! What an amazing transformation! You look soooo good! You must be ecstatic about your results! You look 25 years younger and I haven't even seen your face! Thank you for sharing all your pictures with the community, it's so helpful to all of us.
You look great!
I really appreciate the time you took to post your experience! The photos have been so helpful and inspiring. I am currently going through the process of booking the same procedures & have very similar before photos as you! It helps a lot to see how you got on especially in the first few days post surgery!
❤️

38 days post-op - more pix
I love trying on bras from before that I never wore because my breasts pooled and looked terrible in them. The one pictured here fit OK before but I remember if I’d bend over, my boob might just flop out. No danger of that happening now - my breasts are so full and perky. I am SO in love with the shape and size.
One thing I’m surprised by is I don’t really feel the implants. I mean, my breasts certainly feel very different (there’s way more substance there than before) but they don’t feel fake to me nor can I feel the outline of the implant when I palpate them. I guess because I’ve never felt up fake boobs before, I had no idea what to expect? If not for the scars, I’m not sure anyone would be able to tell, they feel so natural. I’m pleasantly surprised.
Wearing the shorts pictured here makes me so happy - they’re Gap size 4 and are a bit loose in the waist. Before, these would have been uncomfortably tight in the waistline and I would’ve had a huge muffin top. I am still in awe when I see what I look like now.
