Exceptional experience from start to finish

I have wanted a breast augmentation literally since I hit puberty. They were small, but the real issue was the shape of my breasts. They were asymmetrical, and had a very mild tuberous component to them, which gave them a sort of triangles shape. My areolas were large and puffy and I never met any other girls with breasts that I thought looked like mine.Fast forward to having 2 children, and my insecurities about my breasts have now hit an all time high. They had lost upper pole fullness, my areolas became even larger, and I just had never been happy with them at all. Having carried 2 very large babies wreaked havoc on my body. My stretch marks ere so deep they would actually still weep with fluid from time to time.Wearing anything was uncomfortable because of the amount of abdominal skin no tissue I'd have to tuck into my clothing to look even close to camouflaged. I have been researching cosmetic surgery for years, and these past 12 months I really became serious about narrowing down my surgeon choices and taking the plunge into a Mommy Makeover.Dr. Reish became a sort of obsession for me. I followed him religiously on Instagram, and studied his thousands of postoperative pictures on his professional practice website. I also have former colleagues that have worked very closely with him and recommended him without hesitation. COVID messed up many of my in office consultations, and we ultimately ended up meeting virtually in the spring of 2020.He was as nice, calm, and soft spoken as everyone has always mentioned. He discussed a periareolar breast lift, a small implant placement, as well as an abdominoplasty with me. The periareolar lift scared me to be honest, as I knew the scarring around the areola could be pretty ugly if not done correctly and meticulously. He assured me that without this step, my breasts would simply be a larger version of what I already have, which is not what I wanted.Our consult was very informative. I researched the breast lift endlessly, and discovered a common denominator in all the women who had it done... Finally I saw people with breasts that looked similar to mine. They all needed the same lift to get the results we wanted. Dr. Reish assured me he would be with me every step of the way during the healing process should I be unhappy with the areola results, but that he was pretty positive they would not be an issue. I had surgery on 11/6/20. I cannot tell you how amazed I am I week postoperatively.I have a ton of swelling and a long journey of healing ahead of me, but my new shape is already incredible. Recovery was tough the first 3-4 days and required me to use pain meds pretty regularly to stay comfortable. After that Tylenol was enough for me. I'm moving around well, and every day gets better.My drains were removed and I'm really getting a good feel for the new and improved me. Dr. Reish is not only sweet, calm, and comforting, but I really believe he's one of the best artists in his field and truly passionate about how his work turns out. His PA Rachel is so friendly and just kind of seemed like an old friend to me. She definitely had a calming effect on me and was super educated and helpful.His surgical coordinator Melissa was awesome. I couldn't have asked for easier communication, quicker response times, and so nice as well. I just felt like the entire process was very efficient, and for someone who is anxious at baseline and has a type A personality, nothing makes me happier than a team of people who are efficient and timely. I highly recommend Dr. Reish for any of your cosmetic needs, and am so looking forward to my final results.
