Abs are starting to show through
I haven’t really been working out or dieting. In fact, my weight has stayed exactly the same and it seems like overnight here recently, when I wake up in the morning, I can see my ab muscles. I’m still shrinking 4 months post op and each month gets better. I’m so happy and can’t believe this is my body.

15 weeks and feeling great
My swelling is down and my breasts have dropped and fluffed. Everything is healed nicely. I’m continuing with scar treatment alternating silicone tape and gel.

You look terrific! And your incisions are fading so well. I am just six weeks out from MM and I’m about to start using the scar gel and tape. You said you alternate, how are you doing that? I mean, how many days for each? Thank you for any advice on this. And please keep posting :)
I kept the tape on for maybe 4-5 days and then did scar gel for 4-5 days and just alternated that way. Now I'm not using tape and using mostly bio oil
Thank you for the info! I have used bio oil before and still have some. I’ll take your advice on the tape and gel. I sure hope my results are similar. You look terrific!
