I recently had a breast lift with 360 lipo and bbl with Dr. Salama and I have been impressed with Elite Plastic Surgery since I initially found them on RealSelf. When I first contacted the office regarding my interest in a procedure I was connected with Cynthia the Patient Coordinator. She took the time to thoroughly understand the ultimate result I was seeking and was able to recommend procedures that would get my body where I wanted. Every time I called her or sent her an email she was prompt to respond and was always a pleasure to speak with. Once I submitted my deposit I began working with Jesenia and she had the same professionalism and prompt response to all my questions, emails, and phone calls. When it was finally time for my surgery I arrived at the office and it was modern, beautifully furnished, sparkling clean and everyone there had a smile on their face and was happy to finally meet me. I was escorted to the room by Nomi, the head nurse. She was soo nice! She confirmed that I had all of my medications, answered my questions, discussed my pre-op procedures and confirmed my surgery time. Then I met with Dr. Salama and he was very patient with explaining what the procedure would entail, how long it would take for me to see initial results and the final results. He stressed the importance of continuing with massages once I returned home and wearing my garment. After the pre-op appointment I went to the Elite Retreat Recovery House and was met by Janine and Mrs. Irene the house support staff. They were welcoming and helped me get acclimated to the house. I was able to meet and talk with the other women who were recovering from their recent procedures. The day of my surgery the driver picked me up on time, went to the office and then right into the room to change my clothes and meet with Dr. Salama again. He made measurements and drew the lines to show where my breast would be and where he would be removing fat and putting it into my butt. I met with the Anesthesiologist who had some questions and then took me to the OR. The next thing I remember is waking up in the recovery room to the friendly nurses asking if I wanted any water and that they spoke to my family letting them know everything went great. I spent nine days at the recovery house being taken care of by Janine, Herline, Wallie, and Ms. Irene. They were pleasant, ready to help, really good cooks so I had to do was relax so that my body could heal. Janine was especially awesome! She was so kind and warm. After surgery everything is new; from using the bathroom, bathing to even sitting. Janine was always there to help, change a dressing, and was reassuring that it’s going to be okay. And it was the little things that amazed me; showering can be a long process when ur in pain, tired and washing around drain tubes. When I would get out of the shower the hand dryer was setup, gauze and ointment out and ready to apply and a cup of ice water to help you cool down. It’s like she knew everything I needed!! After a few days I had massages at the office that were done by really knowledgeable women who explained the importance of continuing the massages once I got home and the tools that I should use for every day maintenance to minimize scar tissue and irregularities in the skin. My last day I met with Dr. Salama for my final post-op appointment where he reviewed where I had my procedures and gave me some instructions. All in all I am very impressed with Elite Plastic Surgery and Elite Retreat Recovery House because they really took the time to get to know me, understood my ultimate goals and helped me understand the steps that they could take to get me there. If you’re reading this I’m sure you’re considering getting some type of procedure done and I would definitely encourage you to consider Elite Plastic Surgery with Dr. Salama as they will take care of you. Dr. Salama is an expert!!! He can get your boobs sitting up looking perky and youthful and give your body the curves of your dreams!!! This was a wonderful experience and I would definitely encourage anyone who is looking to make some improvements to consider Dr. Salama and Elite Plastic Surgery!!!
