So in love with my results that get better each and everyday as far as the sensation of my skin and the swelling that gets better each day. Here are a few pictures of yesterday. I started light cardio workouts. I’ll be able to do full body strength and abdominals at my 3 month milestone.

Everything went well in surgery. Today I am 13 days post op and I’m feeling good, only thing is the swelling and numb feeling to the areas lipo’d (back, and arms) I felt no pain from the tummy tuck- only major discomfort from the lipo in my back and arms.... the first week was the worst- be ready to feel discomfort and some sleeplessness. I will share some pics of surgery day.

So I walked out of the surgery room on Tuesday because I had a major panic attack, I started thinking about my kids and being far away and how I wouldn’t be able to take care of them right for a long time because of the surgery basically túnel vision I just wanted to run out of the room and to the airport. My husband calmed me down told me to think about to that I was panicking. My doctor had me pick up Xanax and my surgery was postponed for Thursday which is tomorrow.
