I’m a 51 yr old mother to 4 young adults and grandmother to1 adorable little girl. I’m doing this because 1) I deserve this. 2) I can afford this. Other then that I’m excited, anxious and nervous as hell! Am here to share my experiences and to gather knowledge and strength from those who have or are going through the same.

Test results
....so just collected mammogram results from the hospital and about to send them to my PS. At this stage this is the only thing that may pull everything to a halt. It’s in Spaniard so along with the medical jargon it’s a challenge for me to read. I’m an optimist....it’s fine!

Hi mom (feels weird calling u mom when Im the older one) Thank you so much...I appreciate your contact. Never too old right? Thing is some of us never have the time nor the $$ to do this any sooner. I am exciting but am also starting to stress about my decision. U know, a combination of will I get good results, can I cope with the recovery, wot if there’s complications.......the list goes on. Am sure once I’ve had a face to face consultation with my PS and get answers and some reassurance I’ll b ste to go! Can u share with me how yr recover went? And advice/tips welcomed.

Do you think I can find any ladies on here to talk too about VP (vaginoplasty) Experiences? Recovery? Emotions? Nope! Come on ladies...am I really the only woman on here with a big vagina??? I’m starting to get a complex!
