Ugh spitting stitches is the worst! It looks like you are healing up pretty well and your boobs look so nice and natural! Hope your trip to the gym was good... I had a hard time wanting to do more because in my head I could, but my body said no lol.

Healing nicely so far

Not much to say. Every day the swelling is less. Of course it still gets worse by days end. My incisions are healing fine, even a couple places I kept my eye on are doing good. I’m doing better at walking more upright. I started scar treatment. I’m 24 days PO

How is your core at this point? I’m 13 days post op and still can’t really get up from lying at a semi sitting position! Lol I feel like I will never be able to
