I chose Dr. Josh Olsen Extended Tummy Tuck Liposuction to the waist and right breast revision

This is exactly 6 weeks after surgery i saw my awesome, amazing and caring doc! He said I have zero restrictions and I no longer have to wear my binder or compression garments unless I feel the need to. So after seeing Dr.Olsen the hubby picked out a bikini for me and it was just an experience in itself I feel good about myself I’m very grateful for everything.

Today is day 13 and first thing I want to say is I still weigh 183! Dr.Olsen had said at my pre-op that it looks like he would be removing like 5 Lbs from me but I MAY gain some weight maybe even more once the procedure is done and then things will change after awhile and he is right! I step on the scale everyday and it’s gone from 181-186. I have been eating healthy and really keeping my mind so healthy and the house is clean we use bleach and Lysol and thank god my husband took two weeks off to keep it up, but I am scared because he returns to work tomorrow. I put neosporin on my incisions twice a day and where the drains had been. There are photos that are from this afternoon which is 13 days and yesterday’s photos from today are a huge difference but I will not post yesterday’s they actually look like first day photos which tells me to keep patient, stay positive, eat healthy and to try and keep all areas of the house clean. I move about but I don’t over do it but I also don’t just lay all day I know I got to heal properly so I do things and know my limits.

Today was my 1 week post op appointment and they removed the band aid like strips from my incisions which my line is just perfect and straight stated by the hubby and one drain tube was removed and my boobs look great again it always almost brings me to tears. My belly button is like the oval shape model ones that everyone is wanting and desires (again stated by the hubby) and the nurse was like “see I told you he does amazing on the belly button” because when I first went to my visit I reached over to him and said I want a beauuuutiful belly button and he said “ohh I take extra time on the belly button”. Me and my husband are pleased. I am taking my days very easy, keeping all areas of the house super clean and eating very healthy.
