If surgery is art, Dr. Sigalove is a modern day Leonardo Da Vinci.
After two c-sections with severe muscle separation and four collective years of breast feeding, my body was not the body that I had always known. It had done beautiful, wonderful, amazing things but, was a hard visual to swallow and I never felt connected to it or confident with it after my children.
Seven years of waiting and one week into recovery of a full tummy tuck, muscle repair, liposuction of abs and flanks, breast lift with 415cc Sientra implants, I can’t believe this body is mine. Even with so much swelling, I am soft and femininely curvy, but also sculpted and tighter than I ever was even before having children.

Six Month Update

I’ve literally never felt this good in my own skin. Every single penny and second of recovery was worth this. Six months later and I’m still in AWE every time I see my naked body.
Dr. Sigalove has changed my life. He brought the version of me I see inside my head into existence. My mind and body are connected for the first time I can remember in my life.

I'm wondering as to why the incision is made from underneath the breast up to the nipple. I thought that breast implants only have an incision made under the breast.

One year and four months post op tummy tuck, muscle repair, lipo, breast lift and augmentation
Four months post op breast lift revision, implant exchange, and pocket contouring. Even after two breast lifts, my scars are paper thin (thank you Brijit clips!) and worth it!
415cc HP Sientra implants to 625cc Full Motiva Round and could not be happier I made the switch!!!
