Dr Revis is very responsive and friendly, until you are done with surgery. I asked him specifically prior to surgery if a donut lift would stretch out my areolas. He told me no. I asked him specifically if I needed a Full or lolipop lift, he told me no. I now have oversized implants hanging off of my natural breast tissue, with huge areolas. They stretch from the weight of the implant. The incisions were not done correctly to begin with. One is cut at a diagonal angle. The other is cut so that he left part of my areola in tact. Imagine having no feeling in 80% of your areola, then the bottom 20% reacting to cold etc and scrunching up. I have some dog ears from my mini tummy tuck, which I am not overly upset about. Those are common and an easy fix. My liposuction let me with lump results. When I brought up my concerns a full year after healing, he responded by telling me that I was being fussy. I have since found a facebook group titled Dr. Don Revis adverse reactions. Where I have seen some very disturbing results. I am now 3 years out and looking at surgeons for the past 2 years with price quotes of around 30k to repair his work, which was about 27k at the time. I do not recommend him and I hope you all are careful before selecting him.

Good morning Dr. Revis,
It has been a year since my surgery with you. I am extremely unhappy with my results and am now looking to spend a ridiculous amount of money (again) to fix what you have done to me. I am a single mother of 3, who earns 50k a year. This was a huge expense for me. And 1 year later I know have to find a way to pay another 9 to 12 k to repair my body. I have read enough about plastic surgeons to know that you will most likely not back up your work, and that is money lost. I still wanted to share my feelings with you.
I spent months researching plastic surgeons so I would choose the right doctor and not be put in the predicament. I went through all of your online photos, read reviews good and bad. I asked you questions and expressed my concerns accordingly. You gave me assurances that you did not back up.
I asked you at the consultation prior to surgery if the donut lift would stretch out my nipples. I told you bluntly and directly that I did not want big areolas. You told me it would not. After surgery I asked about how misshapen they were, you assured me they would round out over time. They have not. I have a diagonal cut, stretched out areola with a partial section they you did not remove that responds like my old areola. I attached my results with the photos I sent you of what I wanted. A few of them are from your own website.
I understand dog ears are common, I'm not upset about those. However you told me they would also go away.
My liposuction results are non existent. I see no difference in my body and still have large hip fat pockets.
You have terrific bedside manner, I just hope in the future you keep my results in the forefront of your mind, listen to your patients concerns more
If anyone can suggest a plastic surgeon to fix his work, please leave me a comment. I am currently looking at Dr. Gurley I'm St. Louis.
