Choosing Dr. Ayala was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, BBL, Lipo 360, and chin lipo, and I’m already obsessed with my results…and I’m not even a month post-op yet!
A huge shoutout to Carlo, who coordinated my entire trip. He made everything so easy and was there every step of the way. Unlike my previous surgery experience in Mexico, where transportation was outsourced and came with an extra fee, Carlo personally handled everything, including border transportation, which was included in the package.
His communication is outstanding, and he always made me feel like a priority rather than just another patient. The daytime nurse at Aura was equally amazing. When I realized I had forgotten my phone charger, she and Carlo helped me arrange an Uber delivery. She even came to wish me well before surgery and again before I left the next morning.
It’s the little things like that that make such a huge difference when you’re recovering in another country. I am so happy with my results and incredibly grateful for the care, kindness, and professionalism I received throughout this entire journey.
