The whole experience was exceptional. Excellent communication with the surgery coordinator. Very prompt and thorough answering all questions. State of the art clinic and attentive staff. Easy as it can be. I highly recommend Dr. Ayala because the results are also quite amazing. I look more of the age I feel. The time turned back.

I had 360 lipo,fat tranfear to inneg tights and butt,fix my breast with implant change in,14/04/2025 (4 and half weeks) with Dr Ayala,slowly getting in shape,but every recovery is different,depence on your lifestyle. I higly reccomend Dr Ayala he is very experienced ,very kind...and his team are amazing,specially Carlo,he always contact me how am i feeling,if i have question he don't hazatate to answear. I am very satisfied with the results and I highly recommend Dr Ayala to everyone, the recovery is about 5-6 weeks, the worst part of the whole thing is that you have to wear the splint 24/7 for 6 weeks I am in love with Dr Ayala and the whole team God Bless Them All

I had these surgeries completed over two visits 6 months apart. I love my results. I’m very happy I went this route because there was no way I could have afforded this in the United States. Carlo got me across the boarder and back so easily with his medical pass while we watched othered without it wait for hours we made it across in ten minutes! I would like to start off by saying just how greatful I am with Dr Ayala del Muro and his team for the wonderful experience I had in Tijuana Mexico this past March 2025. I was picked up from San Diego airport and driven to Tijuana where I met Dr Ayala at his office. At first I was surpised by just how tall he is lol but after meeting him I realized what a wonderful man he was and funny too. Dr Ayala answered all my questions and provided me clarity before my surgery the next day. Im not going to lie I was still nervous even after meeting him, but he really calm me down. Next day I was transported to Aura Health Center, where surgery took place. The staff was WONDERFUL! I can not remember much of the surgery but as soon as I woke up I was SO HAPPY to finally get this over with! I was of course very curious about the results as I could not feel anything. The following day I was able to see video and pictures of the sugery and OMG I could not believe how much skin was removed! I finally have a normal body that I can show off!! Dr. Ayala and his team made me feel very comfortable. I was very happy with how caring he was explaining the procedure to me. I was very nervous about getting surgery done it was my first surgery ever , I was initially thinking I was just going to have a consult but after speaking with him I ended up having the courage to do it and finally had my Breast Implants with Rhinoplasty on June 2023. One of the kindest, most charismatic, and patient doctors in the world. I have no words to describe what an amazing job he has doing. The appointment was successful, I decided to make the surgery the moment I left the clinic, he gave me a lot of confidence.

I cannot warn you enough to NOT VISIT Dr. Joaquin Ayala in Tijuana!!! He only spent about 5 Mins talking to me before my procedure and offered NO info about post-op care except to say to get ultra sound treatments. I was left with one ear lower than the other and when I went back to have him correct it I came out like a Frankenstein patient ! I returned to ask what could be done and he said that it looked normal! So now I have to have surgery done to correct my deformed ear! On to my Liposculpture...Again no follow up as to what I should do...Except Carlo said it will look great in 3 months. Dr. Ayala agin said get ultra sound when I showed him how bad it looked! I researched online and found out I should have been seeing a massage therapist immediately after surgery as well as getting ultrasound immediately! No one mentioned this! I was told my fibrosis that formed after the procedure was a 5 out of 5 for intensity. Now 5 months later and over 3000. for therapy it's still not back to normal!!! Please spare yourself the pain and considerable suffering....it's not worth the savings believe me this Doctor and the people that work with him do not care about you! It's just get your money and then on to the next patient....Don't fall for it!!! I send this out of compassion for those of us seeking an affordable plastic surgery treatment....it did not save me money in the long run I started surgery in Jan and I am still trying to get back to normal!
