I am in good health, eat clean (veggies, lean protein, fruit, grains, low carb), walk 2x daily and yoga 3x weekly. Although lean in most areas, I have had a large stomach exacerbated by diastasis recti and large breasts (34E) which have bothered me for a long time. Your post is inspiring to me- I'm turning 61 and have the way too large breasts and stomach (thanks to 60 mg prednisone tapered off over a 2 year period). Before the prednisone I was very active, fit and trim. I will be following your progress and photos to keep me inspired to make the appointment as soon as the Covid orders relax.
