3 weeks some pics

WORTH IT$18,000
So it's 3 wks today!! So glad I'm halfway to working out again. I'm much more active these days and just got the ok to lift my arms up which is huge for me I can do my hair again!!
I'm still super swollen and I'm a little hunched but I'm getting there. It's helpful to look at before pics. My incision under my left breast is pretty crusty and ugly while the right is so small already but it's really low and crooked. I'm hoping it is because the breast still has to drop a bit!
I have my recheck tomorrow which I am super excited about. Want to be sure they are happy with things and that I am moving in the right direction.
I hope you are all doing well!! I will let you know how tomorrow goes. ?? Happy healing.

Checking in

Hi Ladies,
I hope everyone is doing well! I'm feeling pretty good. I'm trying to stand straight now that I'm past the two week mark but man it's tight and pulls so I'm not fully straight yet.
The implants feel foreign and heavy and I wonder how long till they feel part of you? Currently I feel like they are HUGE!!!
Th breast fold incisions have been a huge pain, every bra I've found seems to dig into me but now I just stick socks over my incisions.
Even though I feel good all things considered I am feeling very impatient and it's only just over two weeks. I can't wait to be able to lift my arms up so I can put a pony in my hair or even better straighten my hair so I can feel human again! I am also really looking forward to getting my sutures out next week so I can shower without having to blow dry the stupid tape!! So time consuming.
I'd also love to be able to walk my kids to school. Still not feeling like I'd make it there and back yet.
Oh and the swelling I get by the end of the day is impressive.
I don't mean this to be a negative post because overall I'm feeling so much better. I really hope you are all doing well!!

To help your body get straight i did this-i would lay in bed flat and slowly lower one leg at a time and hold it there for a couple min, until eventually I could lay flat with both legs down. And yes my boobs felt very big and hard at first. When I would try to lay on my side I could feel the implant and it would give me sharp chest pain. Eventually after 12 weeks it went away and they are soft and lighter
Amazing!!
Take your time with it though..you don't want too much tension on that incision. Go as far as your body allows!

Muscle spasms

Hey ladies! Anyone have muscle spasms?? My tummy keeps having Charlie horse like muscle spasms and it's no fun.

Yes I would get them after coughing, laughing, etc. They feel like Braxton hicks contractions! I was never given muscle relaxers but I know some ladies on here had them and they helped. Maybe call your doc and see what he recommends
Amazing. ThAnk you!!
No prob ;)
Yikes! I felt that once! Not fun :/
Mommymakeover is correct, ask ps for muscle relaxers, feel better soon
I've been taking the over the counter ones and it's not bad unless I laugh too much
