5’7” 150lbs (large, muscular frame). I am scheduled to receive a Mommy Makeover (breast augmentation with lift and tummy tuck it’s abdominal muscle repair) on May 22, 2018! I have always been fit and I am currently an avid runner and weightlifter. However after nursing both of my children my normal, perky sue 35D breasts ballooned to a size G (with both) and promptly deflated after ending nursing. I am now left with saggy breast that are void of almost all tissue/muscle. It’s quite unattractive and they feel mushy to the touch. My breast have also become noticeably asymmetrical with the left breast hanging down much further than the right. My stomach has also been left with loose saggy skin. It’s not so noticeable when I am standing however when I sit down or bend over the skin pools and creates a “muffin top.” I’m so tired of having to wear blousy shirts or “tuck” my stomach into my pants to hide the pooch. I feel unattractive naked and I just want to feel comfortable in my skin again.

I just had my MM the 2nd of May. The pain and not being able to do things on your own isn’t pleasant but looking down at your cleavage feels awesome!!! My TT incision is still scary so to say but when it heals I’ll be a glad to have a wrinkle free belly!!!!

Congrats on your MM. I’m getting more nervous as the days get closer but I also can’t wait to not sag anymore!

As I mentioned it feels great to see boobs.. I check in my bra often lol. I’ve had saggy breasts for a while with breast feeding and working out so I’m so excited to have some now!!!!

Today I had my pre-op appointment. I can’t believe I’m just two weeks I’ll be going in for surgery. Today I presented pictures of my “ideal” breast and went over logistics. I also received the medications that I will need to have on hand the day of surgery. It’s starting to get real now!

Today I received the meds I’ll need for surgery and post-Op! Picking them up made everything seem so much more real and final. I’ve also been running around the last couple days and will be next week as well trying to get appointments and errands taken care of before I’ll be out of commission for awhile. And my hubs is the best but I’m really getting nervous about him being able to handle the house and kids for a week or so solo - LOL
Also provided my Dr with my ideal boob wish. Top Left is really what I want!
