I am sitting at home right now day 2 post op...and SO thankful. They were my first (and only) consult. Everyone - from my initial appointment booking call to heading into the OR - was friendly, confident and passionate. Dr. Kaufman was transparent, honest about what could and couldn't be achieved, and put me at ease immediately. He views your body as a canvas and he is an absolute artist who gives and receives joy from helping others achieve their aesthetic goals. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking to have any kind of work done.
I will update as I progress and do my check ins. I had a drainless TT, MR, BL/BA and lipo to the flanks. Recovery has been hard but not impossible and every day I'm feeling better and moving better. My goal was to feel better about myself, and to be proportionate in my chest to the rest of my body. Day of surgery I was 5'8" and 191lbs.

Over did it yesterday but pain is getting more manageable. Got to again shower today which was harder than expected but I'm feeling a lot better. Still supper swollen so struggling with that a lot but still amazed by the change in such a short time. I can't wait to get a few weeks down the line when my breasts start to fluff & drop and the swelling goes down more.

Still swelling a lot, and can't wait for my boobs to "drop and fluff". But loving my new body regardless!
I have been fully upright since day 8, and began driving again around 1wpo. I was cleared to sleep on my back and do light cardio by my 2 week appointment. I am still tender and coughing hurts but scares me less now. I'm still in compression 23/7 basically only out of it except for showers but have graduated from the post op bra to sports bras as of 1wpo. Swell hell is very real still by the end of the day.
I still can't pick up my littles but I can help more around the house, and hold them if they climb up with me. Off pain meds but take Motrin at bed to help with the pain/discomfort of being swollen in my compression (Spanx). My scars are healing well, and the ones on my boobs are so fine and thin they will likely be invisible when they are fully healed. My tummy tuck incision is super clean, but definitely noticeable. The lipo bruising seems to finally be feeling a little better. I'm down almost 8lbs since day of surgery.

How is your healing and recovery now that you’re a couple weeks out?
