Feel Secure & Taken Care Of
I always feel secure when Dr. Jochen sees me , meaning I feel he looks at everything and makes sure his diagnosis is correct. I also know that he is professional and expects his staff to be the same. I was disappointed in the staff previously and I talked to him about it and they have improved and have been great. With the volume of patients here they do a fantastic job. I know I couldn't do it. I appreciate his honesty and ability to listen. Thank you to Dr. Jochen and his staff as I left here today feeling good knowing I am taken care of. With a history of skin cancer & Dr. Jochen operating on me with Moh's, I need to keep on top of it, follow his directions and get my check-ups!
