Grandma's Can Look Good Too

So much to say, so little time. I am 47 a mother of 3 and grandma of a princess. I have always been very active but have gained some weight these past 3 years. It is not as easy to loose the weight as it use to be when I was in my 30's so I am taking the easy way out (as some people say). After stalking IG/Snapchat/Facebook on different plastic surgeons, I finally decided on Dr. Vellila AKA Dr. Lipo. I scheduled my consult with Evolution Md for tummy tuck. After driving 3 hours from Orlando to Miami I was a little disappointed with my first consult. I thought I was going to meet with a Board-Certified Doc and to my surprise I ended up getting 2 quotes from a CNA or office clerk (not sure what she was) 1 quote for lipo/BBL and the other for tummy tuck. Although I was disappointed, I did like the prices she quoted me. After 3 months of thinking about it, I scheduled another consult and asked to meet with a Doctor. I met with Dr. Zayas, he suggested lipo instead of a tummy tuck. He went over the pros and cons of a tummy tuck and said I really didn’t need a tummy tuck. I really liked his honesty and professional opinion. I decided to go back home and give it some thought. Since Dr. Lipo is the man......I decided to do the Lipo/BBL, I am schedule for Sept 1. Let’s see how this journey unfolds…….

Before I start, I want to say a BIG thank you to CARMELA who has been guiding me and helping me through this journey. Although I only live 3 hours away Carmela(Out of State Consultant) has been amazing. I have had some issues on lack of following thru/professionalism but Carmela somehow manages to take care and fix the situations.
Ok, so I finally got my labs and pre-op done. The girls at the labs were great especially EDDA (RN). I am big on recognizing and acknowledging good service. Edda was not only friendly but also very informative on what to expect before and after my procedure. She made me feel comfortable(as if we knew each other) and excited on what's to come. I will meet with Dr. Vellila for any last questions the day before my procedure. I cant wait.....
