Needs Work on the Business Side

Hello,
I got liposuction with bbl in December 2017. My consultant was Carmela. I was an out of town of patient. I got there 3 days ahead of my surgery. I was scheduled to do a consultant with Dr. Velilla the day before surgery. I "supposedly" had an appointment at 9:30 A.M. I got there on time and was waiting forever. About 1 P.M I got up and talked to the lady at the desk and told her I was hungry and wanted to see when I would be able to see the doctor and told her that I have surgery tomorrow and she asked me if I went and had my subriciptions filled. I said no, I had planned on getting it done after my appointment. She recommened that I go to the publix to get it filled. I left and went to fill it. I came back to the office and was never seen. I was furious that I did not get to meet the doctor before hand to be able to go over with him what I desired my body to be like. I brushed it off and got back to my hotel and prepare myself for the surgery tomorrow morning. I got there early in the morning. Long story short I never got to see the doctor till after I was already drugged up on anesthesia. I never got to tell him or show him my wish photos. I was furious but was also so loopy from the drugs. I will say Dr. Velilla is kind and he did a great work. I will need round two still though. But I believe If I had the proper consultaion up front then I wouldn't need round 2. I can not discredit his work, he does great work but the upfront process in the office is not great at all. If I wasn't so eager to get this surgery, I would have left, but since I flew down here , I decided to go through with the procedure..
