Staff is disgusting and rude. This guy Carlos especially. I will never go back there again. Charge me a ridiculous amount of money for no reason. Business is money hungry. Viella is not even a board certified plastic surgeon, he's an internalist. Overall experience is a -0. I was left traumatized by this whole ordeal.

Hmm this is interesting...everybody trying to get on the dr.Miami bandwagon, not paying attention to the needs of patients.....all this clowning is ridiculous
In general I was kindly treated by consultants but agree, that guy Carlos he is the worst, I've seen him yelling at the personnel in front of patients, he is discourteous and rude.
