It feel like you are in a clinic. The front office has no clue what they are doing. Half of the time you have to tell them why you're there because they don't know. No one is on the same page. Not compassionate at all. The place is a joke. Nothing is included with the price, they charge for everything.

Hi what was not included? I put a deposit down and scheduled for Feb 2017 so any feedback would be greatly appreciated

The garments are not included, the massages are not included. If you paid for local anesthesia be prepared to pay for general anesthesia because he changes his mind at the last second, that's from my experience and a few people that I met at his office. The whole office is unorganized. Hope you know Spanish because very few and I mean very few understand English. The front desk girls are rude as hell. Your wait time is extremely long. You won't know your surgery time until the night before. It's very clinic style. Get you in and out. Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone if you have questions. Horrible experience! You meet the doctor one time and that's at surgery time. You won't see him anymore after that. He doesn't come and check on you after the surgery. The nurses don't explain after care. The nurse practitioner is rude as hell. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't go the Evolution MD!!! Beware!

OMG wow I'm sorry to hear that. I'm aware of the garments and massages are not included because they stated that in a email. I also paid for local anesthesia cuz I'm petrified of general so now I'm concerned. Are you at least happy with the results?

My stomach looks like [RS bleep]!! He didn't give me a chance to show him what I wanted. My butt is ok. I'm not 100% happy. The are not catering at all. Knowing you had a fat transfer to the butt they make you wait in the waiting room forever in pain to see someone, and say "ok you can have a seat".

I'm sorry for all the questions but did they see u prior to the surgery to at least check your vitals? They should at least had u meet the Doctor b4 the surgery. Now I'm concerned because I live in NY and I don't want to fly out there and get treated horribly.

Im from New Orleans so 1 month prior to the surgery they required me to send in my lab work that Dr. Velilla requested. It was faxed over to them before I made it to Florida. On my pre-op appointment they said they didn't get the lab work so they would have to do it there in the office, which would be an additional cost. But finally after arguing with them about them already having it, then they went over it with me ( his assistants not him) then the next day was the surgery and I met him for enough time so he could mark me for surgery. It would be a huge mistake. I wish I could go back in time, I would so fast!

Dear Felicia I am sorry to hear that you experience at Evolution MD was difficult, I want to take the time personally to answer some of your concerns, as per our HIPPA regulations, our front desk always need to verify patient information twice or more (things like: the reason for your appointment or your consultation in order to make sure we won’t make any mistakes.) As you have it in your emails and in your estimates, the surgery cover the cost of the visit, the procedure, the local anesthesia, surgeon fees and follow up visit. The garments and the surgical foams are additional charge and you have the option to bring them from your own, as you choose because you were bringing your own garment from New Orleans, and all this are very clear and disclose to you before your arrival and is a standard of practice in most of the surgical center. I would like to remember you that we are accredited by the AAAHC (Accredited Association for Ambulatory Health Care) the highest standard for surgical center http://www.aaahc.org and the follow their strict guidelines and recommendations. We always see our patient before the surgery in a pre-op evaluation, we do a history and physical, and we do another examination the surgery day, same as we did with you, we saw you the day before surgery and you have a complete history and physical including a complete pre-operative evaluation, as well a repeat blood test that you were missing from your medical clearance with NO additional charge. Also you decided to change your surgery from local to general anesthesia because you were doing so many areas at one time, which was also explained to you, local anesthesia has a limit in the amount of areas and the amount of anesthesia that can be provided, it was also explained very clearly that you have a lot of extra- skin in your abdominal area and you may need a tummy tuck to remove the extra skin in the future if you don’t have complete skin retraction which you understood and agreed as well during the pre-op consultation. The day of the surgery you have an Anesthesia Evaluation with our board Certified anesthesiologist Dr. Nunez for about one hour. The surgery took the normal time of a BBL and as we always advice all our patient we don’t finish surgery until we are complete satisfied with the results and the next patient can expect the same guarantee .Once you were in the recovery area you were under the care of our Registered Nurse team and our board certified anesthesiologist until you were discharged home. We also gave you your post-operative instructions which you signed and were given also to your friend “Warren” the day of discharge. You were also provided with the personal cell phone of our surgical coordinator Carolina in case you need any additional information. Again Ms. Felicia, I am sorry for your “experience” and I would make everything possible to improve the process for the future, I also have your amazing before and after pictures that I can share with you or post it if you authorized me and you will see the huge difference. Thanks Cesar Velilla , MD

Sandra, was very rude. I was completely coherent after I woke up from surgery. The 2 "nurses" in recovery were arguing about giving me a garment or not. I was told that I could bring my own, I brought 2, 2 different sizes. I was told those wouldn't fit, but they were the ones that Catherine Vasquez told me that you use. I didn't get a garment for when I left. No one explained how to drain my drain. That was not in the post operative instructions. Sandra said, "our nurses explain everything, you were probably out of it from the medication" I am very aware of what was going on. As a matter of fact I actually stayed awake until 2am. Sandra told me that I needed to be wearing my garment but I had to buy one for $189 after my appointment with her, she said that she knows the nurses put one on me. I had to buy it no one put it on me. The massage therapist had to put it on me 3 days after my surgery. As for having Carolinas number, she gave me her personal number and said if I ever needed anything to contact her directly, she told me that I would have a $500 refund because I didn't have the surgery at the hospital and I was having it at your office. I was like great! This was before I left New Orleans, I repeatedly called her daily and texted in regards to my refund that I was suppose to get back. She never answered my last few texts and calls when I sent her "I need to speak with you ASAP" texts. So whenever I called to speak with her, I would get transferred to so many people and never get to see about my money. So when I finally started with the massages I had to explain the whole thing to the girl there and she had to call all over to verify. She used my $500 towards 5 massages and a garment, in which I only got 4 massages, because I had an emergency in New Orleans with my kids, I had no control over that and it's not your fault either. But I wasn't offered any of my money back either. I was never told about all the extra expenses like foam, a board, arnica, etc. As for every appointment after the surgery, I had to wait a long time, and was told to "have a seat" but I was bleeding everywhere and was feeling light headed and no one offered me water or a place to lay down. I was pale and about to pass out and could barely stand up on my own. Your staff just stares at the people in the waiting area. Only one girl there was compassionate, out of every person I came in contact with in regards to your staff. She listened to me and helped me the most, and for me to say that knowing you have a ton of people that work for you, that says a lot. I was not confident in your staff because half the time, no one know when I was. I was crying before the surgery even started, until that one nurse was with me at the time of surgery. I cried because everyone that saw me waiting, called me different names, said i was having a surgery I wasn't, I had to ask this nurse to reassure that I was having my surgery with Dr.Velilla and under general anesthesia, too many times did the ladies tell me local. As far as your staff not speaking English, when I would ask the nurses questions, they would nod their head as if they knew what I was talking about and they had no clue. I was very disappointed in the whole thing. I was told I would have all my consent forms sent to me via email as per Vanessa during pre-op, that has yet to happen and I am a week post op. For you to have that many people working for you, there shouldn't have been that many problems. Your team dropped plenty of balls during my entire experience. I chose you for my surgery because I felt based on your work, you would do the best. Had I known that your staff would've been the way they were, I would've went elsewhere. Out of all places I've researched, I chose you. It's sad I regret it based on your staff and my experience. I never got to speak with you even after my surgery. It would've been nice to actually hear from you after my surgery. It felt like I was in a fast paced in and out clinic.

Oh wow!!! This is sad but I'm glad that you expressed your experience and enlightened people on the other side of this facility because they make it look so good.

I was considering him instead of going to DR not I'm skeptical. I will research DR Perry. I really did local anesthesia instead of general. I'm coming from Chicago if you don't have compassion I can't rock with you.

He definitely isn't someone who actually cares about your wellbeing nor his staff. Do your research first. I cried because I didn't feel comfortable at all.
