I am a 45 years old hispanic women, after my 2 kids I was never able to get my shape back, I tried diet and some exercise, but is hard for me to be consistent at the gym, so one year ago I decide to change my figure for my and my husband, I see him look at the mall looking other women and that make feel very bad and put down my self-steam.
I start eating better but still the love handles and the belly remains there and my butt was completely down, for some reason after de 40's everything drops including my butt.
I look many difference websites and went to few consultation but I was not convince, until I started hearing of doctor velilla, everywhere I was going someone had lipo with velilla, in my hair salon it was always someone that had liposuction at Evolution MD and after seen more than 10 REAL patient I went to his office in Miramar

Doctor Cesar Velilla is a really nice person and very professional doctor, I went to his office in Miramar, OMG that guy is busy it was a lot of people in his waiting area, people for consultation for liposuction and about 4 patient doing follow ups after surgery, everybody after the lipo looks amazing since I had to wait for 30 min I took my chance and spoke with the existing patient, no even one bad comment, that is what I am not sure about a bad reviews I personally thinks that is not a real patient or maybe form his competition because he always have patients waiting to have surgery, I have to wait 6 weeks for my appointment. My procedure was a liposuction of abdomen waist and back with brazilian butt lift, I am so so happy, Finally I got my body back and more, I am so thankful to Doctor Cesar Velilla, he is colombian , he knows the women body and how to make a small waist and a big butt, I know in Univision TV they call him "Doctor waist". No regrets about my BBL with Velilla

I already published under uncompassionate dr.
I had my liposuction with him two years ago because I heard good things about him. At the first time he looks very charismatic and professional but the reality is CESAR VELILLA screw my body badly. Look for an surgeon. He holds a degree on internal medicine. I am looking for reconstruction. I regret it to choose him over a professional SURGEON.
