For those who reply, I have more than 10 massages, i will said 40s, lots of treatments such velashape, radiofrequenchand and in top a new surgery for the two scars Villa left on my belly. When the work is not done properly nobody can fix it. Somebody mentioned, " Oh oh, If you want to be beautiful, you have to suffer, myself I even apologize to Dr Velilla for not been nice to him during suegery because I woke up with terrible pain" I understand she must be used to be abused and for her is normal. .But, whoever you are, NOBODY can abuse in no woman. You enter a surgery room with confidence and trust. Nobody can hold you against your will. For those who dont listen, grab a family member but dont go alone because Velilla is dangerous.. RUN RUN, spend a couple of THOYSANDS of dollars and get a PLASTIC SURGEON. In Spanish we say " A todo CHANCHO or llega su dia. I will more happy to testify in a court anytime, any moment. See you in court Velilla.

Same thing happened to me. My belly is uglier than it was going in, now I have to repair it. It's super bu.py & uneven & i wore my garment for over 1 yr, my weight has been the same (130)& got over 20 massages for the first couple months

I got my liposuction with CESAR VELILLA, as I said before he does not deserve to be called "DOCTOR VELILLA. It took me long time to tell my story. The scars that I had from this bad procedure are smaller compared to the nightmare I had on surgery. VELILLA requested additional money when I was entering in the surgery room to my surprise since I gave him 1200 additional before surgery. When I was on surgery, I woke up with pain and asked to give more anesthesia and even his staff told him, but he continue listening his cumbia music. I CRIED, I SHOUTED, I SCREAM, I BEG but he just didn't care.
He was upset because I did not give additional money. ONE PICTURE IS BETTER THAN 1000 WORDS. My best advice is to look for a certified plastic surgeon and learn the cheap comes expensive

I'm sorry that you had to go through this experience. Are you looking at getting a revision from a plastic surgeon or are you okay with your results?

I agree. I had abdominal lipo & fat transfer with Dr. Velilla on Dec. 22, 2014 and I regret ever doing it. I remember waiting to go into operating room seeing all the other women in there, thinking I should just get out of here, but I thought its too late now, pray for the best. After 3 weeks I developed an infection in the fat transfer area and they gave me several rounds of oral & iv antibiotics, this went on for about 2-3 weeks and they didn't resolve the issue. Finally I just went to the hospital and had to stay for 6 days with iv & had to have drains put in. If that wasn't bad enough because it was a result of a cosmetic procedure my insurance doesn't cover it. Now I look like crap and am in debt. My abdominal lipo came out terrible as well and now I have a dent on the side of my butt. This has caused me so much pain and sadness. I wish I could turn back time.

I would like to update on my comment above. I was highly emotional at the time. I went back to the doctor with my concerns and he was very compassionate, kind, considerate, and helpful. He is going to help resolve all my issues. I would recommend him again to someone. Complications happen and unfortunately it happened to me. But I feel that this is an honest professional doctor, that will help correct all my concerns.

how did he fix your problem, I am 6 weeks post surgery and I am depressed with the results. I am supposed to return for my 3 moths follow up appointment but I wonder how something like this can be fix. Please let me know.

Thank you for your response. I had a lipo. My belly looks so bad. I have lumpiness, bruises, and looks deformed. the incisions didn't close properly and look bad also. In my one month appointment follow up I was seeing by a female doctor because Vellila was too busy. She said I would need to have carboxiteraphy and that the incisions will I'll close eventually (which I don't think so) I had the carboxiteraphy and beside the extremely pain I don't think that works. Please let me know how your belly is looking after all these months.

Sorry Angela I thought you were the one that had the surgery with him. Just stay away from EVOLUTION MD. Dr Vellila and Dr Zayas are not certified Plastic Surgeons. Please Ajna555 let me know how you are doing?

Wow he was in my top 5 in considering doctors then I realized he wasn't a certified plastic surgeon. But I'm glad I read this Im not even going to reconsider Him now thanks. And I'm so sorry you had to endure that. I hope you get it corrected!
