So I was so happy in the beginning but as the swelling subsided and the tissue started healing, I am noticing fat patches on my back and theres no shape on waist ????.
Hopefully Dr. Velilla offer a touch up or something to fix it.

Damn. Dr. Zayas is an older gentleman. I cannot believe they wouldn't tell you though. Thats your body so you have a right to know who is being part of your surgery. I can't believe these doctors. You just never know. The day I met with him he said he has an assistant but he is the only one performing the procedure. I have heard Zayas does good work and he is licensed so hopefully it was him. You look really good, but you know your body and had your own expectations. I just do not understand how whoever did your back missed those spots. I feel like we just never know... you did your research, picked the best person and still didn't get the results you wanted. I relate a lot with your story. I think we have walked the same path when it comes to finding a surgeon. Remember I was considering Llorente and so were you? And somehow ended up considering Velilla, and now I am back to square 1. I researched Blinski, but it seems like all doctors have some good and some bad. I mean, they are humans after all but we want the best possible. It is only fair as we are putting our lives at risk.
Let me know how it goes, and what he says. I hope they have an explanation as to why you werent offered the insurance and as to why they didnt get those spots. I have heard it takes 6 months to see final results though so maybe it is swelling or fluid. Try to be patient and stay positive. hugs.

Yes I think we have walked the same path. I like Dr. Velilla because I felt safe. The nurse who was monitoring my vitals was in front of me the whole time, she gave me the oxygen mask when my blood pressure sky rocketed and oxygen level went low. But every time I tried to look at who the other guy was they told me no no and put the sheet back in front of me. You are doing local or general?

Yeah I liked him too when I met him, but there have been a good amount of negative reviews on him lately. I am doing general for sure. I can't deal with the pain, and I am a very anxious person so I cannot imagine doing it under local. You are brave woman!

I was trying to get a date in July, but the doctor is on vaca until August and I start law school in August so I don't know what I am going to do. I was looking into other doctors so I could get it done in July but it is like starting all over again. Sigh! If I can't find a new dr, I guess I will have to wait until my break in December.

I haven't went back.
Under my neck it looks weird, my stomach still has these bumps looking things under my skin. I even lost 15lbs, with my stomach getting super flat and the nodules are still noticeable.I'm not happy!!!

I saw Dr. Velilla within 30 minutes of my appointment time which was followed by my massage. He was very hands on, went through the steps on massaging my chin for followup care. I had a very good experience with Evolution, I really am happy I chose them.

Thank you for sharing your experience!! It help me a lot. Finally, today I decided to have my bbl with Dr. Velilla and go ahead and made my deposit...I am so excited!!! I have to wait until next year( that's the sad part) because I don't have enough time for the recovery this year, but I am HAPPY!! Please continue to share pictures and feedback!!

Hello!! Well, in my case I was worried about a few things. Like scruz074, I read a lot of bad comments and reviews about the office and about him. I was worried but I lovee his work. So I decided to talk with Carmela and she answered all my questions. Speak to her made me feel secure about the process and about my resources to maintain a clear comunication. I have also followed several girls here and asked them about his work and their experiences. The understanding that the doctor attends to many patients also helped me put it in perspective, because it is normal for some to complain but most recommend him. I know he is not a plastic surgeon but he has a lot of experience. For me, his work was the difference.

Hey, sorry I missed your message. You'll be very happy with your results. I personally didn't have a BBL, but there were about 9 girls sitting on their knees lol for their post op appt. They looked amazing. Good luck with your surgery

Carmela is awesome, she made me feel so welcomed when I went for my preop, even way after I paid she gave me hugs, post op she's been in communication with me, don't always believe what you read.

I need to see him. I was waiting for the swelling to go down, he missed a spot on my back and my waist is square, didn't really give me a shape and I've always had a shape on my stomach.

Damn. Thats not good. How about your stomach? Is it lumpy? There is a doll here that had a cannula mark in her stomach. I asked him and he said it was a possible side effect. I researched that issue and it isnt supposed to be a normal side effect of lipo, but an improperly done lipo too close to the surface of the skin.

It was super lumpy under the skin 3 weeks ago, but as time has gone by the bumps have gone away. I dont have a cannula mark. First 2 months on each side it looked like a vein but its sincd went away. I'll take pics so you can see where I don't have a waist shape.

My arms, he did the back part, but didn't do the part by my underarm so it looks weird. Arms still look fat, waste of $950

I just saw.. I dont understand how he missed the spots in your back. You didnt even have a lot of fat back in the first place. In my opinion, he shouldn't have missed it, and yeah I see what he did with the waist. You look good, but I think he could have done better. I dont know where he gets the pics from his IG, all the girls he posts have a waist and perfect backs. Let me know how it goes, and thank you for sharing your experience. I went in and paid my deposit and everything but I dont know... after I saw the cannula mark, and then I met with him and he said it was a possible side effect I have been doubting who I am going to get by bbl with or if I am doing it. It is a difficult decision because you spend all this $ and then dont even get the results you want and these doctors seem so shady these days. I went from Llorente to Velilla and now I am just back to 0.

I've never heard of the cannula mark. I thought what I had was normal. Did hers look real bad?
My skin still burns, like if my BF picks me up, it burns bad. Do you Have any pics? I think he does a great job when you don't have too many sections to get lipo on. His BBLs come out very nice.

I don't know if what you have are cannula marks. What you have doesn't look like what the other girl had. If you look at his reviews here on RS, there is one from user Mamiof6kidz or something like that. She has pics, and one of them shows a cannula mark right in her tummy. It is a straight line, and I would not be happy if I got that. I look like you pre-op. There is another girl under user name Horror something that is claiming he burned her, etc.. There are fake and real reviews here so I don't even know any more.

I agree, there are fake and real ones. I'm giving it another month for the burning feeling. Not too bad anymore only when I'm hugged or grabbed.

Hello, yes 3 weeks out. Doing great, swelling is definitely going down, finally! First week or 2 was very uncomfortable, my skin on my back felt like it was ripping. I start working out and I think it helped with stretching me out.

Day 1 post op, Lots of swelling, areas are sore. Massage was painful but worth it. I saw Dr. Velilla and the nurse practitioner 15 minutes after my massage appointment. Very satisfied with my results and the customer service I've received thus far

Thank you! I love my results. My stomach was swollen in this pic but I can see the shape more and more, my arms came out thin too. He's very aggressive, definitely does what he says
I'm not too sure I would even do a touch up, just thinking of the pain I went through scares me. I will update on here once I go for my followup
