The experience with Dr. Cesar Velilla has been amazing, Results were seen the next day after surgery. I have never had such a small waist, and perkier buttocks. The procedure was done under local anesthesia, Dr. Velilla was constantly talking to me during the procedure making sure he was giving me what I do much requested...(small waist :-)) ...It has been 8 months and I'm still rocking my new slimmer figure.
