I wish I would have done it sooner!

I had been wanting to do MiraDry for a while and finally took the plunge last March. I have been a patient of Dr. Casas' for over 16 years and there is not a Plastic Surgeon's office that I trust more than hers with my face and body. From consultation to post op, I knew I was in the best hands. The procedure took less than two hours and the most painful part was getting numbed. Janina made me feel totally at ease as we chatted while she zapped my sweat glands. The swelling was tolerable and subsided as the days went by. If you are planning on having it done, make sure to have a few small bags of frozen corn in your freezer. They work SO MUCH BETTER than the ice packs you get after the procedure that end up freezing into hard blocks. Icing is key!!! Sweat and smell has drastically been reduced - I can finally wear natural deodorant! I

As I mentioned before, I have been going to Dr. Casas for over 16 years. She is at the top of her game, genuinely cares about her patients and will always take the time to talk to you and answer your questions. I found her by googling "best plastic surgeon in chicago" way back when and that still stands!
