Even though I had this done today, I am very comfortable with how things are progressing with my recovery. I won't know yet how well it will work for me personally, but I feel very hopeful.
The procedure went smoothly and exactly as I expected based on prior research. The doctor amd his staff are all very friendly. Dr. Carter has excellent bedside manner and was able to put me at ease. I will definitely go back to his office for other cosmetic services such as botox and seriously considering 'vanquish ME.' I've even got my husband interested in checking out what's available for him there :)
Overall, great experience and I will recommend to anyone who will listen to me!!

I feel almost no soreness amd swelling has almost completely subsided. I have not sweat at all. There is a little redness that hasn't completely cleared and some random lumps.
I am more than happy with my results. If I have to get the second round, I would not hesitate at all.

The tiny lumps under my skin (sort of like those hard, unsqueezable pimples) are a little sore if I poke at them. Otherwise great. You can't see them unless I point them out. He swelling and redness went away in about a week. Around half of my armpit hair is gone. I sweat a little bit occasionally, but never smell unless I go a week without showering and don't use deodorant. The sweating is mostly in situations where my whole body is sweating like being outside in the heat/humidity earlier this week. I'm also on paxil which does have sweating as an unfortunate side effect so that's not helping. I'm undecided on whether I will need a second treatment.

Ohh well overall that sounds like a pretty decent result! I got it done yesterday. I'm excited to see how well it works.

Oh how exciting!!! Good luck in your recovery. I froze water bottles for my pits and that worked well :)

Pretty much back to normal besides some small lumps that are sore if pushed on. That bruise is unrelated to the procedure.
Sweating significantly reduced, but not completely eliminated. I may consider a second treatment. I'm undecided as of now. Will see if sweating level stays the same or increases.
I have not tested antiperspirant yet. I generally use lume even after the miradry to completely eliminate any possible odor from what little sweating I do have at the moment... odor from bacteria digesting body fluids/skin cells/sweat not from the odor glands that are removed.
