I came to MPS to find out what my options were with my situation. Dr. Gervais and his staff could not have been nicer to me. I wasn't sure if I was going to have them removed or replaced. His nurse was very helpful in educating me on the differences of saline or silicone implants. I choose silicone.

So glad you found a doctor to perform your revision. Was your saline implant somewhat old? How do you like the silicone so far? Congratulations and thank you for sharing with us on RealSelf!
My saline implants were done 19 years ago. I am very happy with my new silicone implants. They feel softer and more natural than the saline.
Wow, you had a long run with your saline implants. I have heard other women say that silicone is much softer. Glad you're happy!
