In 1999 I had 350+ saline teardrop implants put in. I had a lot of dimpling and hardness around the edges. I visited 4 different plastic surgeons and chose Dr. Tholen by recommendation of a friend. I love my new implants. 600 cc round silicone. My recovery was easy and no nausea. I am on day two since surgery and feeling great.
