I’ve become unhappy with the appearance of my breasts augmentation

WORTH IT$6,500
After a year of settling, my breasts have moved too closed together and look unattractive. The implants are way too wide for me. I believe I would have been better off with high profile.

Dr Gervais and his nurse was very professional and informative during the initial consultation. Dr G said I did not need a lift and suggested that going bigger and using a different technique and incision site would fix the drooping of my breasts. I liked what I heard and was extremely confident and trusted him so I decided to book surgery the day of the consultation. Fast foward, I am now 10 days post-op and everything looks and feels great. No more droopy breast. My only complaint is although dr G and nurse were friendlier during consultation they were not attentive the day of surgery. I was extremely nervous about the size and pocket of my breast and felt he did not ask if I had questions or go over the plan. He marked me up in silence and when I asked if he would be adjusting my breast pockets he rushed me off and walked away. Also during post-op check up he didn't bother to ask if I have questions or concerns. He seemed busy and rushing. I do have to say none of this matters because my breast looks great. It's too soon because they still need to settle and drop and I know things can still change but Im in love with my new boobs right now. I hope they don't change much. I would recommend Dr Gervais to anyone.

I had 270 cc saline implants inserted 10 years ago...

I had 270 cc saline implants inserted 10 years ago. Since then I had a child and became slightly droopy. I had a consultation with the original surgeon who wanted to perform a full breast lift which I didn't want because of scars. I went to Msp plastic surgery for a second opinion and I'm glad I did!
