I am super active cardio 5 days a week
Strength training 3 days a week with my trainer
Eat clean errday although I've been eating pizza the last 2 days and had a few old fashions lol... But that is not the norm for me.
Big question: do I still swell
Sure but it's very very minimal
Don't feel tight anymore & I'm able to sleep on my tummy. I did a yoga class yesterday some of the stretches that she had us do felt weird but no pain or anything. ?
