Great Surgeon but PA Very Difficult to Work with

I absolutely loved Dr Kat. I had my consultation in Dec for lipo/mini tummy tuck. She was very informative professional and very experienced. Unfortunately her team lack the same professionalism. I had a really hard time with her PA. I had been given a price when i first had my consultation but she told me that was not the correct price and i would have to pay more then what i had been originally quoted on my consultation visit. When I questioned her about this, she was pretty stern with me and really did not give me an explanation other then this quote includes the hospital fees. I should have been given the exact quote at my consultation. I was prepared to still go forward with my surgery but the next issue I had was trying to book my surgery. I live out of the Uk and wanted to set up my surgery date before I left to go back home at the end of Dec. Dr Kat's PA again was not helpful at all. She told me that given that she had not had the notes back from Dr Kat and this could take up to 2 weeks she could not know how much time I needed for surgery. I did explain to her that Dr Kat had informed me that it would take up to 2 hrs and she was doing Liposuction on more then 1 area , she then abruptly told me in that case your price will be different again. It was at this point I became very frustrated. I have had plastic surgery before and have never had this kind of experience when it came to booking an appointment after seeing the surgeon. The next day I contacted the Office manager and told her my frustration that I was having and asked if there was anyone else I could work with. She informed me that she would look into someone else to help me through the next process and would call me back on Monday 23 Dec. I am still waiting for that call back (now 2 Jan) . I know this was during the Christmas period but in my opinion for no one to follow up on my complaint is not good customer service at all. It's a shame since Dr Kat is an excellent surgeon. I had done my research and was very happy to go forward with my surgery but I found Dr Kat"s PA difficult to work with and Maybe it was because I was coming from overseas and needed to have someone work with me with dates asap, she was not willing to do this.
