I can’t believe that’s that I will be having my surgery in less than a week! I know that a lot of well intentioned women don’t think I should do it but I am the one that has to live with this face everyday and maybe to you I look fine but I see myself in the mirror everyday and I do know this will improve my jaw line and double chin! I am not looking for a dramatic change but a subtle change that will give me more confidence! Thank you all for your recomendarnos and well wishes!

Can’t believe how time has gone by so quickly and I will be having my surgery on June 19! I have been trying to lose some weight but i am finding it very difficult but will keep trying as I think it would be a good idea to be an ideal weight before surgery! I am really hoping for this surgery to be subtle but to bring the change I am looking for which is getting rid of fat under my chin and getting rid of some lines in my neck and of couse the annoying jowls I really dislike

Lozano I am so worried about you. I can list a number of things more appropriate for you than a 2nd facelift. Liposuction, kybella, I would say fillers or Botox but your face is so youthful you don't NEED IT!! Lipo is but kybella is not appropriate for jowls. Both do under the chin. Please rethink this, none of the doctors responding to your questions thought you Reese's a FL.

You are so lovely now; do NOT get a facelift. You don't need one. I mean that. You can address the extra tissue/fat under your chin with lipo or Kybella. I'm astonished that Harley agreed to take you on as a patient. That seems both negligent and greedy.

I’ll second that ! Your face is beautifully full and that fullness in your cheeks might go away and leave you looking older. That little bit of fat under your chin can be removed in other ways or maybe just have a chin micro lipo? Have other docs suggested a facelift at your age or just local fat removal ?

Honestly? And Lozano my deepest apologies if I am wrong, and please take it as the compliment that it is but your post is so bizarre to me that I almost wonder if it is faked by one of the crazy ladies who are involved in trying to tear down people with negative reviews on Dr H. I have a hard time believing that any ethical surgeon would to a FL revision on you. you may not realize this but your whole face is visible in some of the pictures you posted, below in your photo stream. You are beautiful and there is absolutely zero sagging. You are at extreme risk of large visible scars and pixie ears if you try to tighten your face any further. The tension caused by overstretching causes scars to widen. You're beautiful caramel complexion will make the scars even more visible. Cancel this appointment. See some local doctors for non-surgical "refreshers" if you really feel you need it. What is bothering you appears to be some fat which is easily removed close to home.
