You Get What You Pay For…

I’m old enough to have had great experiences throughout my life with exceptional physicians and never had any problems. .My friend had this done for a reasonable price…and without much research…I booked the procedure. Had several visits, but only a fleeting meet and greet with the doc. Doc recommended a neck lift with liposuction ..and I agreed. Surgery day, I actually felt pain at the beginning of the procedure when I was ‘under’. Have not seen the doctor since. A nice girl pulled the stitches out. I called about a concern , and a nurse met with me. I had an appointment for July 12 when I believed I would see the doctor. The office called to reschedule because they were updating their camera system and the visit was only for pictures. I declined. My face is ok, but my neck still hurts, is still wrinkled and added scars from liposuction…which I wanted to address and resolve when I thought I would see the doctor and take care of it before my summer break ends. Ultimately, I would have done better to pay more and received the care I have come to expect. Looking around now to get my neck skin fixed.

To clarify…

I wanted to clarify…my concerns are not related to my actual surgery or the competence of the surgeon. It’s about the lack of post op individualized care which would have made all the difference.

Disappointed…definitely not worth it.

My neck lift did nothing to alleviate crepey wrinkled skin on my neck. Lesson learned.
Never heard from the office other then a voicemail giving me a date they wanted me to come in. I returned the call and never heard from them again.
If you’re thinking about using this provider.
