As you can see in the picture I had a small bump before. Dr Shah preformed a rasping procedure in his office to remove the bump. If you guys wanna know more about the procedure let me know. The rasping really helped! I'm only 2 days post rasping so I'm looking forward to see what it looks like when some more swelling goes down

Your nose looks so much smaller post rasp? Why? Does rasping remove more cartilage and bone? Also, was it painful?

Rasping is when the doctor takes a rasp or file to shave down the bone on the bridge of the nose. I had a small bump that formed about 6 months after my primary rhinoplasty that I didn't like. I was awake for the whole thing, they gave me local anesthesia so I didn't feel any pain.

Also, could you post another pic of your before and one after rasp? I'm curious to see how different it is.

i'm not sure your pictures or post went through? regardless, i am very impressed with your shah result. it looks like he did a fantastic job on the front view, which is always the hardest and for many people, i don't see much of a difference. but with you, it so slim and refined. i'd love to see more front view pics! and now i'm seriously considering shah!
