Made it back to the gym! Definitely no upper body work or running, but i was able to do some biking, squats, and leg machines. I was going crazy because I was used to working out 6 days a week! I will say they looked pretty good in my norm sports bra!

Quick update: little to no pain at this point, only if i stretch too far or put too much weight on my arms. They still look very round and high and feel pretty firm. I hope they drop some and soften over time!

You look great! The softness came for me right at 4 weeks. I felt it slowly before that, but they became super squishy at about week 4.

Thank you! I was a little worried that they would stay this firm since they are the inspira "overfilled" implants. But I realize it is still really early!

Mine are the Inspira style 120. I am not sure about the fill of mine :-/ My husband was surprised at how hard they were and asked if they were going to soften haha. He doesn't understand this process at all. I said yes they will eventually be soft like a real breast :-)

Had my follow up appt with dr. Dembny. Everything looked good. I got some displacement exercises to start doing. My left incision feels a little sore but otherwise no pain. Back to work tomorrow!

It's been about a year since your surgery. When you have a moment, we would love a review update. Happy Boobiversary!
