I don't enjoy writing things like this, but I feel I owe it to the site after spending many hours researching on it!
I'm 29, no children, athletic body. I was wearing a 34D at VS but was really probably a B? I wanted a proportional look, nothing too obvious or that would hamper my workout routines long term.
Surgery today. The surgeon brought in sizes ranging 300-350 cc, and went with 310 based on width and fit. I did not want high profile so we did the inspira overfilled implants in mod profile. When I woke up the worst pain was my sore throat. Have had mild to moderate pains in my upper breasts all day but under control with the meds. Really pretty pleased with how things went. Im still having urinary hesitancy since surgery. Is that common? I will post more pics and updates as time goes by!

You look great! I was the same way! Probably a B but continued to wear a D so that I didn't look so disproportionate. I too made a profile to help others because of all of the help I received! I hope you are feeling good!!

Woke up very stiff and sore. Improved greatly with some ice, a percocet, and a tylenol. They look about the same. I am able to urinate better which I'm very glad for. Hearing a weird sloshing noise when i move my left arm but I read that it's pretty common.

I am having a consult with Dr. Dembny on Tuesday. I am pretty sure I will schedule my surgery after the consult. I have heard all good things about about him , and was impressed by his staff just even on the phone. You look great for day 1!

I'm going Wednesday to Dr Dembny! Super excited! :) ive really enjoyed his communications and staff so far as well. Did you book any other consults? Just curious.

I had an appt booked with Doctor Loewenstein in Brookfield a couple of weeks ago, but I cancelled it after I found Dr. Dembny on this website and felt good about him. If I have a good consult I will trust my gut and go with him! Do you have any more consults scheduled?

Definitely let me know what you end up deciding. Part of it too was I live about and hour from Brookfield so the convenience of being closer to Dembny's office is nice. I have 4 kids so being able to do follow-ups 15 minutes away is nice

I had consults with Dr. Sonderman, who also came recommended to me by healthcare folks. He was nice, but very rushed in my opinion. I had other consults booked but cancelled them after seeing Dr. Dembny because I felt comfortable with him.

I was in communication with a doctor in the Chicago area also. He had tons of great reviews and i thought "oh Chicago isnt THAT far to drive".... but now i am so happy that i stayed local. I can't imagine the drive home from surgery that far. And if anything goes wrong it's comforting having everything close by!

Day 4. Feeling great. Went and had brunch today wearing real clothes! My mood might be falsely elevated by the fact that its 50 degrees and sunny in February haha

Dr dembny in mequon is closer for me too. Excited for my appts, one tomorrow and one Wednesday! We will have to update each other on how they went!

Yesterday was rough. I got behind on pain meds and was uncomfortable all day. But last night I slept like a baby and woke up this morning feeling 1000x better. Nothing looks too different, but much less pain. The post surgical bra I could barely close on the loosesr clasp yesterday now closes on the tightest so swelling must be down. I weighed myself. Big mistake! I weigh 10 lbs more than preop! I finally went to the bathroom yesterday thankfully. My stomach still looks pregnant, but I feel a little better after reading many other reviews commenting on the major bloating! My incisions are still taped, no bruising or bleeding that I can see. Seems like Dr. Dembny did a great job!

I have a consult with Dr. Dembny next Tuesday, I will probably book my surgery that same day, all I have heard are great things about him. I was very impressed by even just talking to the women that work there. You look great, hope you are feeling well. I am looking forward to seeing your journey! Thanks for sharing.

Awesome! Thanks for the explanation that was very helpful! Did you go over or under muscle?
Hope your recovery goes well!
The explanations i read about the sloshing noise is that air and fluid in the pocket can cause these noises, and eventually should go away as your body absorbs it. Its not loud.. its just a slight gurgle noise when i move my left arm a certain way.
