It's been almost 3 weeks since my procedure (lipo in my tummy and back area and fat tranfer to my butt) I had absolutely no brusing I still have swelling and feeling a bit sore.all In all am pleased with my results . I'm in the process of post-op lymphatic massages and it does the body good.

Ur liposculpture is the best I've ever seen. Could u please talk in depth about what ur dr said he was doing with each area. & I noticed that u had some laxity in ur lower abdomen but it is completely gone. Did he do laser lipo or some sort of tightening to achieve that?

Atlgrl, Dr Shahine did laser lipo and sculpted me to perfection. He took his time stepped back looked rubbed and ensured there were lumpy areas he worked my pelvic area so well that it did sting at the end and was honestly the only area that had a small bruise. My skin was a bit loose when finished however after my third day of lymphatic massages I put on my girdle. I must admit It was a bit difficult to get into but felt good once I did. I am still swollen but everyday I see a difference. My waist was 30 and now I'm 26. He asked me to gain 5 to 6lbs in order to maintain the shape and sz of my butt. After 3 months I can diet. I plan on doing my breast after I'm completely healed. He takes pride in his work and if you follow his post-op rules you will achieve YOUR optimum results. I love Dr Shaine for giving me my sexy back and helping me feel good about myself again. I'm in my 40's and a mother of 5 I can't wait to wear a beautiful dress minus the spanx go out with my husband and not worry about him feeling my not so sexy undies ;)

First things first all the pictures on this website are fake he has his staff put them up and post fake reviews ever wonder why there are only pictures on the table. He has extend your arms in the air so the butt look bigger and ur stomach looks flatter, the pictures from before and after patients are from two different patients. Wants only cash payment because you will never see your money again if not satisfied or if you change your mind. He will have you waiting for over 12 hours and if you want to leave you cant because he has you full amount in cash. He cannot shape a butt and he is not certified. You are never happy with results and he never takes responsibility all he wants is money and for you to spend more and more his consultations are scams he is a good talker he preys on minorites. none of his staff are certified nurses and will quote you a crazy price because they receive commision. The reason you are not put to sleep is becasue they will take away his medical license. You are in extreme pain when you are awake and afterwards. This medical prodecure when you are asleep not local anesthesia. There is no anesthisialogist. It is dirty in an office and not sanitary. We need to stick together and be honest with each other all these post are fake he has his staff do them spread the word this is our body we need to help each other he is a liar a scammer who just wants money you will never get the body you want he will charge you for touch ups

Hello DUPED1212, I want to assure you that my pictures are not fake. I don't work for nor with the Dr. I had my procedure done 4 weeks this Wednesday and I will post pictures with my hands down front and back. I read the post after my shower therefore I'm wearing my girdle if not I would post them for u now. Feel free to contact me personally and privately. I am still healing however I am very happy with my results thus far. Dr Shahine does the lipo sculpture and then it's up to the patient to adhere to his recovery rules. Girdle, massages, and post-op visits. Not everyone has the same body type, skin type therefore the results are all unique. You can't go into surgery with expectation of looking like a woman from tv, movies or magazines. I talked with plenty of women who were very pleased with their results and one or two who weren't. And I decided to do my procedure with him because he doesn't put you to sleep, he is not the only dr in NYC that uses this option. I'm not here to defend him I'm simply defending my pictures and my truth. I will post pictures on Wednesday and you will see its the same person because of my tattoo (husband signature on my butt) I understand your concerns and would like to know if you had a procedure done by him

Bkmamacita., I get my massages done at Dr. Shahine office in the city 1 west 34 street. However they are expensive and although my therapist CARMEN is great her boss is extremely rude and has no customer service skills what so ever I have a lady in bk and uptown I will in box you the numbers

Sorry for the late response...was my first day back to work since the surgery. Thank you sooo much for the info!! Will contact both but I'm really happy there's a place in Brooklyn. hey duped I understand how you feel this doctor dr. shahine is a fraud my sister went to him to get a nice round ass what came back was a big chunck no shape, also looks completely fake all it is is big and wide and alot of pain. this is not a surgery not to be done under local anesthesia. this doctor is not a certified plastic surgeon this is why it is done under local anesthesia. all he can do is talk the talk but can't walk the walk my sister is left with a big chuck of fat with no shape. what surgeon does surgery at 3 am and has patients wait 10 hours in a waiting room he is not professional at all and eats during surgery.stay away from this he is not a plastic surgeon.He claims everything is your fault and will charge you for a touch up. He is too expensive you are not paying for an anesthesialogist, all he wants cash money. GO TO A BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON. this is not him.

Oh wow sorry to here about your sister, I didn't go for the butt I went for lipo to my tummy and back he simply gave my saggy butt a small lift but I understand now how she must feel. I have met a few ladies at his office whom are not satisfied with their results however I'm am pretty happy with mine. I still have a couple of months to go wearing my garment but I'm happy with my stomach and back. My butt not so much but I have to admit it looks better than it did.

Going on month #2 although I'm still a bit swollen in some areas I can honestly say that I'm happy with my results. I gained 5lbs in the process to maintain my butt and now I'm noticing the change. For those of you who have experienced bad results I say it's probably due to the lack of your post op home care. I wear my faja 24/7 except to shower and I get a massage once a week, drink plenty of fresh home made pineapple water, home made detox water made with 1/2 cucumber sliced, 1tangerine, one grapefruit, 1 lemon and a few mint leaves, great tasting refreshing and great for the skin... Ill post pics for everyone. Eating healthy doesn't mean starving and when Dr. Shahine say eat food it doesn't mean going to McDonalds and getting everything on the menu. But to each is own and you are responsible for your own.

May 12th marked my 2 month of having had my surgery, I visited my doctor on the 9th for a post-operative visit. He assured me that my healing process is going well. I did have a few concerns and he gave me instructions to apply extra pressure in certain areas where I appear to still have swelling and some numbness and slight burning. He did check for any fluid but all is well. He simply said add extra padding on waist and I have a special board sold by Salome to place on my lower abs. I understand that with lipo surgery the results take a while to truly show however I have seen a huge transformation in my body. I feel good about myself and I'm sure that in the future with continued care I will look amazing. I love my Dr. Shahine for giving me my self confidence back.
