Today I just took my first dose of Accutane. Im nervous and anxious I have struggled with acne since ive been 12 years old. Nothing has helped. Ive triedeverything. ..I cant wait to see my results. And hopefully in 6 months I will have clear beautiful skin. Im praying I don't have any severe side effects! I will keep posting on here my journey and answer any questions.

Today is my 5th day. So far so good. Noticing a slight flush of redness to my skin. I broke out with 1 cyst..ugh! Lips are a little dry but using aquaphor lip balm and its helping alot. Skin isn't any dryer than normal for me as ive always had dry skin. So, im hoping I don't get severe dry skin. Nust praying for the best and beautiful skin in 6 months. :)

So far doing good! Not much side effects. .only a little dry lips and skin. Broke out with 1 cyst! Still a long way to go. Praying for the best!

Actually..I forgot to day that I noticed my nose is sore? Weird..its sore around the outside. Also, soreness between my eyes and on my eyebrow bone?? Feels like a bruise. Anyone else have this side effect?

I have never heard of soreness between the the eyes like you describe, is it still sore?

No soreness has went away but sore on tip of my nose. But I recently had a virus and sinus infection so its probably from blowing my nose all the time. LOL. Its going ok so far. Starting to break out more. Using cerave cream and its helping alot with dryness and aquaphor ointment is a must. My skin has taken on this overwhelming shine like its very oily but dry. I just cant wait until I see results.
