Great Surgeon, Great Experience
Dr. Haworth performed a mid-face lift. To be clear, it was a hybridized version that included state of the art threading to improved my frown lines. He introduced this route as an option to getting more filler. I was never completely satisfied with filler to this area because I felt it made me look "cheeky" when I smiled. It altered my natural appearance too much.
This procedure involved placing threads in 2 places of each cheek that are then pulled up, tightening the skin and almost completely eliminating frown lines. The thread ends are discretely sutured behind the hairline above your ears. They're are not the beaded kind with something to build collagen. These are specifically made to pull back the skin through a string that is elastic so it retracts when you need it (like smiling) and expands when you don't. This is truly incredible. I am 3 weeks out from surgery so I am still healing, but the swelling is almost dissipated and I think I look great. When its healed I think I will look like I'm in my early 30s. I'm 54.
I was wondering where very successful actresses go to have plastic surgery. They're women in their 50s that suddenly look like their in their mid-20s to 30s. I think I just realized where they go...
