Simply put, Dr. Heskett is one of the best in NYC. She is consistently ahead of the curve, and her level of expertise is bar none. I am a longtime patient. I primarily get botox and some minor filler. FOREVER she has been telling me I must try Microneedling with PRP for texture issues. I have to admit; I was nervous. After months of delaying, two weeks ago, I finally did it and WOW. The results are simply stunning. After one session, my skin is transforming daily before my eyes. Years of sun damage, fine lines, and mild acne scarring are phenomenally improved. The experience was not at all what I had built up in my head. It was painless, and the downtime was a very tolerable 24 hours. I went to work the next day looking mildly sunburned. Now, people are telling me I look "good," "refreshed," and my favorite ... "you look so young!" I cannot wait until my next session. I will update after each one. Just one word of advice. You MUST go to an experienced Dr. for this, and if you are in NYC, I highly recommend you go to Dr. Heskett.

I had one treatment and had extremely red skin for 8 days and little scab were the needles went in.
Three weeks later see no improvement but still red areas all over. Don’t think I better do the next session. Very disappointing.

I had 3 of them no issues at all
I do my own microneedling there should be no scabs even with deeper needle depths
