I've found microneedling to be a nice maintenance treatment to keep my skin glowing and to some extent keep my mild acne at bay. It hasn't worked miracles, but at 30 with pretty minimal aging concerns at this point, there isn't a "miracle" that needs to be worked just yet. This isn't my top treatment necessarily, but it's in my usual rotation.

I have been considering this procedure for a while but I'm so nervous about the pain! Does it hurt significantly during or after the procedure?

Hey! During I can barely feel anything thanks to the numbing. My forehead I'd describe as uncomfortable. It frequently triggers a sneeze or two for some reason. After my skin feels a little raw but it's not bad. I don't think it'll be so painful for you that you'd regret giving it a go once. Good luck!
