I've found microneedling to be a nice maintenance treatment to keep my skin glowing and to some extent keep my mild acne at bay. It hasn't worked miracles, but at 30 with pretty minimal aging concerns at this point, there isn't a "miracle" that needs to be worked just yet. This isn't my top treatment necessarily, but it's in my usual rotation.
I'm very happy I decided to get Kybella. I had a pretty small amount of adipose tissue in my chin so I only needed 1 vial. The procedure was a bit painful but not super bad. TBH it felt more like the pain of pulling a muscle to me more than anything. I was swollen pretty badly for a couple days and then my chin was down to its usual size by the 5th day. The results are great and, while I still need to get some work on my actual chin, I'm very happy with the results to my double chin.
