Doctor Misrepresnted Treatment
I have been going to Dr. Avaliani for a few years for fillers, Botox and various lasers. She is definitely on the pricey side. I didn’t really mind the high prices since I think she did do a good job. However, what I disliked was that she was always so defensive and acted so annoyed if I felt something was off – such as one side had too much filler, etc. She always made me feel bad and uncomfortable when I asked her to fix something. Regarding pricing, she did once charge me an exorbitant amount to remove filler on just one side (over $2,000). Then this past February, I went to her for Microneedling with PRP. I paid $2,600 for one treatment. She did do some kind of laser on me, but there was ZERO pain and I do not have a high threshold for pain at all, so I thought something seemed off as that everyone who has done Microneedling said it’s slightly painful. I was chatting and laughing while she was treating me. Also my face had zero redness at all after. In photos I took right after, I looked exactly the same as I did when I walked into her office. I even showed photos of my face to other doctors and they all said there is NO way she actually performed Microneedling on me. After this experience, in which she clearly charged me for a service she did not do and blatantly lied, I will never go back to her.
