Didn’t Help Large Pores

I did microneedling followed by a Sensi peel. This was a pretty aggressive treatment for my skin (29 years old, dry/combination skin) but I wanted to achieve improvement on my large pores which are a combination of genetics and adult acne. My face literally looked tomato-red for 24 hours, and gradually got less and less red over a week. I followed all of the aftercare instructions to a tee, but didn’t see any change in terms of softened fine lines or smaller pores. Disappointed!
