My BBL with Dr. Chang

Okay , so I am now 2 weeks post op. I am decently pleased with my results . One of my hips I feel is more plump then the other, but overall its a huge transformation. However, I am so displeased with the customer service at this plastic surgery center. I have been calling this office for 4 days , as well as emailing. I have not gotten a response or call back. I am so annoyed with the unprofessionalism it’s ridiculous. I dealt with the same mess after I had my surgery while I was still in Miami. I called for a full day 3 days after I had my surgery because I needed more pain medication and no one answered. The post op number they gave me sent me to some call line that they forward all their calls too when they are experiencing high call volume from what I was told . I called every hour from 10am-5pm and the people just kept telling me they are unavailable to call back in a few minutes . I was highly pissed off about this , but I tried not to let it ruin my view of this business . I finally got ahold of someone the next day around 2 pm . I kept this info to myself because it’s not my means to ruin anyone’s reputation , but this has gone on too long . I sent 2 emails to two different individuals with the hopes that I would get a call from the post op department . I also direct messaged them on their social media account from which they post multiple times daily , with the hopes that someone would call me just to answer a few post op questions that I have . I have had a terrible experience so far with this business and I do not recommend anyone to go here . Customer service is a huge part of running any business . Surgery is a serious thing , and if you can’t be there in a timely manner to answer questions or help someone in need then you really need to question the way things are being ran before someone actually gets hurt . I had friends that were interested in coming here after seeing my results and after hearing my experience after the fact , that is no longer the case .
