This guy ruined my nose, I wanted very sutle...

This guy ruined my nose, I wanted very sutle changes which he assured me off, I had one small bump on left side which he removed all cartilage and removed so much of my nose , I cannot breath, collapsed cartilages, has no care for your well being on follow up, called me obsessive because I said he made it to thin. I'm a straight male with a femanine nose now.

Hi I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with your nose :( if it helps, and being totally honest, I think your profile looks great, but again, I understand it was not what you expected, and that we all have different standards for ourselves. Sorry to hear that he’s shaming you. They do that to make you sound nuts. My surgeon changed the subject a lot too and talked a lot about cancer patients.

Looking for the right revision dr after 8 yrs of misery
I’m now in LA and looking for a revision as my breathing has now declined , collapsed nostrils, had a consultation with Paul Nassifs assistant who does surgery with him, not convinced seemed rushed , I’d like to meet dr. Lucien Ion I’ve heard he’s good. Can anyone give me any advice ?

Hey, I'm soooooo sorry to head about your breathing problems.I know how you feel... I also had a botched septo/rhinoplasty and it has had such a negative impact on my life.
Not only is my nose bigger & more crooked than it ever was, I have real bad breathing problems. I am waiting to hit my 1 year mark and then I will have a revision.
Please consider what I am telling you: Look into getting your revision rhinoplasty done in Turkey, I certainly am.
I will share with you the doctors who I've been following for almost a year in anticipation of my surgery. I feel they are more skilled and even less expensice than in U.S..
These doctors you will have to look up on Instagram to see all their pictures, and trust me, there is a lot to see, not like in U.S.. In no particular order, here are their names:
Dr Arda Pelen, Dr Suleyman Tas, Dr Muhammet Dilbert, Dr Emre Ilhan.
Also, personally, I don't like the work Dr Nassif does. I've watched every episode of "Botched" and have never thought that he was aesthically talented. Plus, he is a celebrity now and you have to think about how much time in after-care he will give you... That is only my my personal opinion.
If you need more info, send me a seperate message and I will do my best to help you because I feel your pain...Good luck!

I would never recommend him to a female, but maybe you should have gone to bustillo since he gives manly noses even on women. I wouldn’t go to him for a revision though because he’s not very good at those. He will overgraft as I seen some really disastrous results from shis me females. He doesn’t even harvest from the rib so I don’t know why he even calls himself a revision specialist. He’s not skilled. Before I seen him for a consult, I called his office and they gave me the biggest run around about that. I felt they were being very sneaky and secretive. Anyways, I think you will need Rib to augment your bridge. Be careful. Wait for Ion I. England to start accepting again.

I went to Bustillo first but didn’t give a decent image of what the result would be, too pointy but prob would have been better, the major problem was that he broke both sides of my nasal bone in which I never wanted, idk if its reversible...

Yes, my Bustillo image looked really pointy, under rotated and changed my entire face. Everyone complains that he really points the nose and makes it short on front view. It was so shocking seeing him make such a drastic change to my appearance. He advertises that he’s so conservative. Not from what I seen. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. His personality changed when I didn’t compliment him on his morph. If you want a wider bridge you will need spreaders. He broke your nose because he shaved your bump, but he brought the bones in too much for your liking. Whomever you choose next, make sure they are good with grafting. Some surgeons DO NOT know how to make them look aesthetically right. Wait for Lucian. He will take revisions again. Stay away from Nassif. He’s not good at all. His gallery is scary. Don’t be fooled by the television. Non of his noses look good.

Hi I'm sorry you didn't get the result you want. Iv just had a consultation with Lucian which took a long time to get so I would recommend doing it earlier then later. His revisions appear to be really good.

Obsessive?
What determines someone who is obsessive or with an image disorder? (Body dismorphia)
I’m only wanting peoples thoughts on their own experience getting revision rhinoplasty since that’s where I am and going through. It’s been 10 yrs since my first surgery and can’t take it any longer, feel a pinched tip everyday, controls my whole day, with nasal drainage and congestion issues, un even up turned tip, some have told me that it looks good which kind of bothers me but thanks, it doesn’t feel good for sure, but what’s it feel like through another surgery? Anyone’s input I’d appreciate...I knew nd I’d feel obsessive sometimes but it’s for a def reason now. So idk what to do
