6 days post op BBL. Dr. Ortega was top notch! He explained everything to me, answered all questions and even lectured me for not following one protocol post op lol. My Spanish speaking mother was with, so he went over all specifics with her in Spanish as well. Awesome down to earth guy. Told him exactly what I wanted and he delievered! The clinic is clean and girls at the front desk are great. Gloria, massage person, AWESOME! Did not rate 5 stars due to waiting 3-4 hours in the clinic for the pre-op and two post op appointments.
