Office review: stay away from jolie plastic surgery at all costs!!! they will take your money and run!!!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!!! They will take your thousands of dollars that you worked so hard for and run! I reached out to Jolie Plastic Surgery July 6th to cancel my Surgery after I found through research the many issues patients have had with them, and no longer felt safe and was afraid of them and their UNLICENSED doctors. I recently found out about many patients who have died in their hands who were all perfectly healthy before going into Jolie Plastic Surgery for their procedures. I also found out that Jolie Plastic Surgery NOT ONLY changed their facility name once, but in fact they changed it twice from vanity cosmetics to Eres comestics and NOW Jolie Plastic Surgery, due to the many deaths that occurred in their hands, the bad reputation that they carry, and not to mention their bad reviews all over the internet from patients who canceled their surgeries as they feared for their survival just like myself. I received a refund form from them July 6th which stated that I would be charged $400 for cancelation fee and would be getting my refund back in 21 business days! I then filled out the refund form and sent it back to them the same day and it is now August 11th and I still have not received my money. I then called them and after their refusal to connect me to their refund department, I kept calling up to 20 times in the SAME DAY and finally spoke with them and I was informed that refined was issued as of August 27th WHICH WAS A BIG FAT LIE! I have been checking my bank statements since I requested my refund and wanted to stay on top of things because I knew they were SHADY!!!! I went to my bank today (PNC BANK) and all the bankers and staff memeber were shocked because no refund was issued from these thieves and it has been more than 21 business days. I then filled for a dispute with my bank and also filled a compliant with the Attorney Gerenal’s Office of Miami as they already had numerous of complaints filled against them through the Attorney Gerneral’s Office. Anyone who is reading this who maybe going through the same issues, I would advise you to file a dispute through your bank AND file a compliant through the attorney general’s office as they were ordered to refund OVER 50 clients their money back in October 2016.
