In a nutshell my old crease was visible my implants shifted downward. I noticed a dent in my boob within the first month after my first surgery, and I was told it was still early I have to give it a year it was still there after a year so I went for my revision 11/05/2019 and I still notice my dent. Pro is they look so much better now, con I hate the dent in my underboob. I hate that I had to do new incision sites! I wish I would’ve done the crease incision to begin with, I did armpit incisions due to being keloid prone the first surgery just to end up having to do the crease for my revision anyways. I can’t get an exact answer on why it is there other than it happens with thinner women, I had it at 178lbs as well 140lbs so I know weight is irrelevant . I just wish I knew the cause of this dent

You could always get some fat transfer in the dent you worried about but seriously can't notice it in your pics and you look fantastic

I notice it every time I look at them, it bothers me most after my revision because My incision scare is prone to keloiding. My initial incisions were I my armpit so they didnt this was a risk. I thought doing this revision would fix the dents I don't see one but the other is still there. If I fat transfer it could mean more scaring.

They do look good but i wonder if (b.c its still there after revision and new implants) it has something to do with your breast tissue itself? Did u get a baseline mammogram b4 your 1st set? I had to just so they knew what my breast tissue looked like, and easier to detect changes later. Plus i had never had one (not being quite old enough yet, tho getting close, lol). Maybe that could tell u something?

It is the same implants and I didn't get a baseline mammogram. I feel like my dent is from the pocket being made originally.

My underboob is starting to look better still have hope. It's frustrating but I am giving it a year before I stress my self out about what looks like a muscle deformity.
