I decided to visit the Maercks Institute in May 2017 to deal with dark skin under my eyes. I was smitten by Dr. Rian Maercks professionalism and positive approach. He and his team were extremely patient and took the time to answer all my complex questions and accommodate my needs. Dr. Rian performed a procedure called aesthetic facial balancing, which he is famous for, not only in Miami but in NYC as well. Treatment was done without any pain nor bruising. He definitely knows what he is doing. I love his outlook on botox as I'm not a fan of botox treatments myself.
Dr. Rian complements your face features by enhancing your natural looks. He knows how to work his magic and his hands are gold. Literally! I'm so happy that I discovered his institute, there's no one I trust more with my face.
I made an appointment with him earlier this week as I wanted to refresh my appearance. Again, I was very pleased by his professionalism and the treatment itself. Look at my pictures and you will see why Dr. Rian is Dr. Notox! He creates natural appearing lift of the eyes and irradiation of wrinkles and eye bags with his hyaluronidase acid based "Aesthetic Facial Balancing" procedure also known as "Selfie Sculpting". Healthy, fresh, young looking skin it is!
